Kelsey Hines holds both a life and health insurance producer license and an adjuster license, giving her a rare view of the industry from both sides. Her background spans Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage sales and, since 2018, adjusting homeowner's and renter's insurance claims. For Kelsey, this work is personal: she has seen how fleeting life can be, and how much it matters to put a plan in place while you still can.
